How do I care for my ceramic?
To keep your ceramic friend looking it's best:
Clean by dusting or wiping down with a damp cloth.
Avoid sudden, drastic changes in temperature and handle with care!
How long does shipping take?
I try to despatch all items within 48hrs of purchase, usually sooner.
For UK orders - Delivery aim 2-3 working days
For International orders - Delivery aim 7-12 working days
Help! My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?
I take extreme care in packaging orders and take extra precautions when sending overseas. Breakages are rare but in the event of receiving a damaged item, please:
Take photos of the item and packaging as received
Send me an email including the photos
I'll get back to you asap & find the best solution for you! Whether this is a replacement or refund etc.
I want to earn Tipsy Tokens, how do I become a member and check my token balance?
Sign up/Log in can be found in the top right of the screen along with Tipsy Token balance. This should update automatically but can also be viewed through the "My rewards" account menu.
How do I cancel the monthly raffle?
Log in to your account and head to "My Subscriptions" in the drop down menu to cancel. If you need any help just let me know and I can cancel this for you.
